You Manifest The Thoughts & The Feelings You concentrate on the MOST!

The more you Think about thought (A), the more you feel good about Thinking about Thought (A). The faster you will manifest thought (A).

Thoughts and the feelings good thoughts generate in your mind are really the 2 things you really, really need (let’s not forget FAITH) in order to manifest!

Don’t bother thinking about things you don’t want in your life. You are not responsible for the thoughts that come into your mind. However, you are 100% responsible for the thoughts you choose to entertain.

For the next SEVEN days!

For the next SEVEN days!

Consider this a Human Experiment, for the next SEVEN days think about what you are thinking about. Be gentle with yourself. No Judgment please!

This will be like exercising, you will be exhausted, you will feel like you want to quit, please don’t! Keep at it!

By the third day, begin to select your thoughts and choose to think ONLY thoughts that make you feel good, thoughts that bring a good feeling. Think of things you want, think of your Desires, and watch your feelings take over.

According to Jerry and Esther Hicks this is the formula to manifest. Another way of looking at it is thinking FAITH filled words.

Once you have done it for seven days, try extending the excersize to 10 days, 15 days, 21 days. Remembering that according to the research it takes 21 days to create a habit. Wouldn’t it be GREAT if you can develop this Habit?

Thoughts + Feelings = Manifestation

I am in the process of reading “Ask and It Is Given” by Esther and Jerry Hicks for a second time. The first time I read it, I thought it was a GREAT book, now that I am reading it for the second time, I know for sure this book is a guide for manifestation, a guide for life.

The first two lessons this book taught me is that worrying is a waste of time and how to stop worrying once the feeling comes upon me. Of course if you follow my blog you know that I knew this already, but it is one thing to know it intellectually and another story entirely different to actually practice it. Practice makes perfect!!!!

I have learned and am teaching my clients that worrying is truly a waste of time because most of the issues we worry about never come to pass and if they do, they are never as horrible as our powerful thoughts make them out to be. Worrying teaches us how powerful we really are. Think of the scenarios you have thought about when you worry! Think of the feeling worrying generates! If you are not feeling good, then, you have to replace/change the thought!

Instead of worrying, we can think of thoughts that make us happy because according to Esther and Jerry Hicks, when we are thinking thoughts that make us happy and we feel the feeling of happiness we become closer to Our Source, Our GOD! Getting our thoughts and feelings together bring us closer to manifesting our Heart’s Desire! This thought has been my motivating force since August, 2013 and I am doing very well. It is not an easy task, but like everything else, it is achievable!

I never understood why as a student of Metaphysics I was always told that if I wanted to know what I was thinking all I had to do is look at what was happening in my life! Every time Rev Mary (Universal Truth Center) said that I use to suck my teeth internally. How did I create such a mess?

Well, reading the book “Ask and it is Given Learning to Manifest Your Destiny” by Esther and Jerry Hicks have really sent me on my way. You can actually think your way to the life you want. Really, you can!

If you don’t like what is happening in your world, change it, if you can’t change it, then, change your attitude about it. Complaining should not be a part of your life anymore. Don’t complain, don’t even explain. Change your mind, change your thoughts and your life will change.
