You and I are Stronger than we think! You are much stronger than you think. Anytime you are going through something that may seem uncomfortable, remember that GOD gave you everything that you needed to be victorious in the situation.

When you find yourself in situations that require your growth, remember you have the ability to speak to yourself. You have the ability to speak to your challenges. Using Joel Osteen words, don’t speak to GOD about how big your challenges/opportunities for growth are, speak to your challenges how BIG Your GOD Is!

Be Gentle with yourself, be your BEST Advocate, but MOST Importantly, remember that you are much stronger than you think!

All Is Well!

It is not a secret that we all have challenges that we have to face. At times we feel as if we are the ONLY ones going through a challenging experience. Some of us feel that is BEST to keep challenges inside as talking about it might make matters worse or perhaps talking about it will show lack of Faith. All that is fine, but I guarantee you that if you were to hear other peoples’s challenges you will realize that it can always be worse!

Today’s challenges will pass. It is evident. Look at your life, think back to 5 or 10 years ago. Remember that challenge? More than likely you do not. Why? It came to pass and more than likely it happened for your Highest.

Today’s challenges are here to give you bragging rights. You will surpass your challenge, you will come on top. You will end up BETTER than you were before. If you are Wise, amongst your bragging rights you will acknowledge that of you, you can do nothing and you will give GOD All the credit and the Glory.

You know that nothing is here to stay and the ONLY constant we have is change. Be Grateful as you go through your challenges and remember that after your challenge you will have bragging rights.

The more you Think about thought (A), the more you feel good about Thinking about Thought (A). The faster you will manifest thought (A).

Thoughts and the feelings good thoughts generate in your mind are really the 2 things you really, really need (let’s not forget FAITH) in order to manifest!

Don’t bother thinking about things you don’t want in your life. You are not responsible for the thoughts that come into your mind. However, you are 100% responsible for the thoughts you choose to entertain.

For the next SEVEN days!

For the next SEVEN days!

Consider this a Human Experiment, for the next SEVEN days think about what you are thinking about. Be gentle with yourself. No Judgment please!

This will be like exercising, you will be exhausted, you will feel like you want to quit, please don’t! Keep at it!

By the third day, begin to select your thoughts and choose to think ONLY thoughts that make you feel good, thoughts that bring a good feeling. Think of things you want, think of your Desires, and watch your feelings take over.

According to Jerry and Esther Hicks this is the formula to manifest. Another way of looking at it is thinking FAITH filled words.

Once you have done it for seven days, try extending the excersize to 10 days, 15 days, 21 days. Remembering that according to the research it takes 21 days to create a habit. Wouldn’t it be GREAT if you can develop this Habit?

Thoughts + Feelings = Manifestation

Thoughts + Feelings = Manifestation

I am in the process of reading “Ask and It Is Given” by Esther and Jerry Hicks for a second time. The first time I read it, I thought it was a GREAT book, now that I am reading it for the second time, I know for sure this book is a guide for manifestation, a guide for life.

The first two lessons this book taught me is that worrying is a waste of time and how to stop worrying once the feeling comes upon me. Of course if you follow my blog you know that I knew this already, but it is one thing to know it intellectually and another story entirely different to actually practice it. Practice makes perfect!!!!

I have learned and am teaching my clients that worrying is truly a waste of time because most of the issues we worry about never come to pass and if they do, they are never as horrible as our powerful thoughts make them out to be. Worrying teaches us how powerful we really are. Think of the scenarios you have thought about when you worry! Think of the feeling worrying generates! If you are not feeling good, then, you have to replace/change the thought!

Instead of worrying, we can think of thoughts that make us happy because according to Esther and Jerry Hicks, when we are thinking thoughts that make us happy and we feel the feeling of happiness we become closer to Our Source, Our GOD! Getting our thoughts and feelings together bring us closer to manifesting our Heart’s Desire! This thought has been my motivating force since August, 2013 and I am doing very well. It is not an easy task, but like everything else, it is achievable!

Your Teenager Is Here to Teach You Lessons in Life: Lesson # 4

Teens live in a state of Drama!

The first blog I wrote I named it “Adults forgetting their teenage years.” I want to refer to this article as we explore the 4th lesson our Teens teach us. Often time we become successful adults and totally forget what we said, did, listened and experience when we were 13 – 19. Please think of those days as you read this lesson.

Many times our Teens come to us to tell us their saga, the first responses we murmur sound something like this: “that is nothing!” “don’t worry about it,” “that is nothing to worry about,” “leave those friends alone.” “you are better than him/her, forget them,” These and other responses we give our Teens really discourage them.

If you remember correctly part of being a Teen is feeling things intensely, in other words what you may seem like no big deal to you is hugely important to your Teen. If you continue disregarding their feelings, they will stop talking to you and that is the one thing you DO NOT want!

I often tell parents who I coach to remember that they MUST listen to their Teens challenges intensely. Remember that they are feeling their feelings, they are honoring their feelings and you MUST do the same. You should feel Blessed that your Teen is sharing with you, please do not destroy this trust!
How would you feel if you called your best friend to say you were loosing your home to foreclosure and your friend dismissed you and told you not to worry, then, your friend proceeds to tell you that your issue is silly and it will go away! How would that make you feel?

When your Teen comes to you with their challenges/problems/drama here are some suggestions:
1.Listen
2. Do not give advice.
3. Do not put their friends down.
4. Do not dismiss or minimize their problem!
5. Listen
6 Sympathize
7. Look at the situation as you were a teenager.
